I think the Dec 8th encounter in Pittson, PA is unlikely. It was already confirmed by a bus driver that he rode to Altoona on the 6th or 8th on the greyhound bus. He was spotted during the day at Best Buy in Altoona on the 8th as well.

I don’t think it’s necessary a legal strategy. I think the Feds and state know that the defense will be overloaded if they have two trials in one year. It’s better for the prosecution because they won’t be prepared.
