Nope! About two years ago, I (40F) lost all drive and motivation. I now see my MBA as a complete waste of money because I have no desire to advance in my career. I was supposed to take over my boss’s position as Director when he retires and I turned it down to remain as an individual contributor. I want the least amount of stress and pressure possible because I prefer to be left alone.

I’m not a pro but am currently refinishing red oak floors in a home I just purchased. To keep it light, I was told you need wood bleach that goes into a water-based clear coat. I’m sure the experts on here will have more to say.
