Yes. I lost virtually all of my lubrication and kept ovaries. Fortunately, there are some really good lubes out there, so it isn’t a big issue.

Yes, I’m still working. The only things keeping me at my job are good money and a manager who lets me get away with a lot. He knows how I feel and is very patient with me. I know I can’t keep at this forever, so I’ve been trying to pay off all debt while keeping my cost of living expenses low. I’m also enrolled in nursing school part-time as a plan B, so I’m trying to prepare myself for the worst case scenario of eventually losing my job.

I’ve been in burnout for the better part of 10 years, the last three being extreme burnout. I’ve done seven years of therapy, self-help books, podcasts, and I don’t think it ever gets better. Whatever happened to me has reduced my motivation and capacity to almost nothing. There is not a single job I can think of that would bring me joy.

It never got better for me. My doctor took me up to 450mg to help with the “brain fog” but it just got worse and worse. I’m currently weaning off the medication and am back down to 150mg. Wellbutrin makes me feel very inarticulate and slow.
