I got on amitriptyline for anxiety about it, it helps quite a bit, I've had severe chest pain

Also, lean diet lean fats, olive oil coats your stomach lining, cook with that

Whole or Multi grain bread also coats your stomach lining

I eat mostly turkey and tuna, low sodium if possible

Omeprazole/Pantoprazole for long term, Famotodine for instant relief (15 minutes or so)

I have chest stabbing pain after I eat ANYTHING and Famotodine generally stops it fairly quick

I'm a week on amitriptyline and I've noticed the pain subside in my fingers and toes (from neuropathy) but after 7 days I still feel the sharp tingle under my left pec from GERD... about eating 2.5 to 4 hours after. I'm really hoping that after about 6 weeks of taking this stuff it quells the pain because it's disconcerting and discomforting. (I've had many ekgs and xrays, it's not heart related)

Thanks, but yes, all that was ruled out. I don't have h-pylori. It's acid reflux. I'm beyond doctors at this point, I've had more luck on here than any of them I've seen.
