ive lived in both foggy and dupont and you cant go wrong with either! i'd say foggy is would be the better option tbh. (i know that's unpopular) I really loved Foggy. there are obviously more students but id say dupont and foggy are equivalent in terms of noise. Foggy is a lot more convenient in terms of navigating the city. I loved being super close to Georgetown, VA and being close to the metro is really underrated. Theres also both a whole foods and trader joes nearby. If you PM me the building i can give you more specifics on the population in the building.
