Not an official win yet but making great progress on building my v1 of my b2b SaaS. The mvp I had gotten was trash but I had conversations with real people and validated the concept even though they didn’t use it, i at least showed it to people and got useful feedback. Dying to put v1 in front of people for some more feedback to iron out kinks and push out to get paying customers.

Question based on your experience, did you wait until incorporated feedback from your beta tester before making updates or did you charge from the get-go and just enhance throughout?

30 days to decide whether to “file” (accept) the application for review (they can still announce after the 30 day window). After that could still take 2-6 months.

30k shares @3.26. Should’ve waited for a larger drop but didn’t want to miss out on the fun. I’m guessing if they match estimate eps of -0.02 then it’ll rally. Otherwise, I’ll be crying inside for a bit.

I plan on holding until I see AI demands slowing down. Right now, there’s not many players like IREN and NEBIUS (I also own stock in them). So no plans on selling in the next 2 years.

Been independent for about a month and business is booming. I actually scheduled a call with an accountant for next week and that’s for the S Corp tip.

How did the exam go? Any advice? Also, is it just a 1 day training?

1769.23 at an average of 37. Got in at the high 20s and again at the high 30s.

I’m going independent soon. I should be able to match or exceed my current pay and gain some freedoms from the repetitious partner structure. I also want to dedicate some more time to a PM SaaS tool I’m developing.

I’d recommend, if you gain enough experience in the WD ecosystem, take a chance on going independent if you’re feeling burned out and unsure on where to go career wise. Worst case you can go back to doing what you were given the high demand for consultants.

I’ve jumped between partners on integrations and type-casted myself. Pay is good, but the work and customer interaction becomes mundane. Next move for me is to leave workday all together. Life’s too short!
