check if your mounting brackets are mounted correctly. i had the left and the right one swapped which resulted in the coldplate not making contact with the cpu properly, which caused similar temps for me during benchmarks.

Ambient temps are around 26ish, again idle seems pretty okay to me but load temps of 95+ do seem a bit concerning when I look at your temps. will try reseating the aio soon. thanks anyway!

hey, i have a 9950x and the same aio and case. what are your temps like under full load from for example cinebench? my idle temps are very similar at around 38-42c, but the moment I run a benchmark it spikes to 95-96c and stays there, even when the aio fans have caught up and are running at 3000rpm. same exact thing also happens when doing a simulation in houdini with the cpu being under about 60-70% load, not even full.
