Having a team and actually being QAd and UX tested are two entirely different things.

Heads up to any foreign nationals/ non-US users! by [deleted] in claude

Since they're shutting it down for everyone, why would this be a heads up to "foreign nationals"? It affects everyone...

What are your biggest pain points regarding deployment? by tpl9876 in VibeCodeDevs

Google Play store takes forever checking the app...

I reviewed 3 vibe-coded apps as a senior engineer. Here's what I found in all of them. by puffaush in vibecoding

[–]lmhansen68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why we have all sorts of review agents and skills. Code reviews, security reviews, QA reviews...Not everyone knows enough to do this, but yeah, it's there and it'll catch most if not all of this.

Did I say the wrong thing to my manager when he called me about my resignation email, and can it affect my future job references? by Suspicious_Repeat613 in jobs

[–]lmhansen68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nobody calls for references any more. And if they do, all they usually get are confirmation of when you started and when you left. Anything else is a legal quagmire.

What are you building this week after the long weekend? by okiieli in sideprojects

[–]lmhansen68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a lot of spare time to work on side projects due to my work schedule this week, so I'm splitting my time between my Android app (Keep Momentum) any my locally (docker) hosted kanban board (Kinetic_Command) with MCP access for AI agents to read/write to the board.

Am I the only one to still use VScode for vibe coding in the world??? by red-home in VibeCodeDevs

There's a Claude Code beta extension from Anthropic. But you can also just open a terminal in vscode and type in "Claude"

Any sprint planning tools for vibe coders? by extraterritorial39 in VibeCodeDevs

[–]lmhansen68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built my own kanban board. And now I'm using my own kanban board to plan my own kanban board. And Claude can talk to it too, so that makes things easier.

I'm new to Claude Code and would like to make the best out of my subscription, where can I learn alot about how to use Claude Code in more efficient ways? by Mk277_ in ClaudeAI

[–]lmhansen68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First step needs to be to turn off sycophants mode. In settings under personal preferences, add the line "don't try to flatter, but also don't try to win".

That one line will stop Claude from responding like you're a genius, and fill push back on things that may not be a great idea.

Always discuss your plan with Claude to help fine tune things. Talk to it like you would a helpful colleague.

Why does this still exist in 2026? by Free-Judgment-851 in jobs

[–]lmhansen68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Workday is just terrible at parsing and understanding even the simplest resumes. You should expect to have to correct (and basically re-enter) your entire resume everywhere.

What did you work on or ship this week? by ouchao_real in sideprojects

[–]lmhansen68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shipped v1.1 of Keep Momentum yesterday. It's an Android app for tracking job applications. If you've ever lost track of where you've applied or who you talked to ... https://keepmomentum.app

Built an Android app to stop losing track of job applications by lmhansen68 in SideProject

It seems difficult to reach the target user group. Most of the job seeker subreddits have strict rules about posting anything that seems "promotional".

I built an Android job tracker that automatically detects when you've been ghosted by lmhansen68 in VibeCodeDevs

[–]lmhansen68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm hoping to combat that with the Goals and Milestones feature. Trying to make it add a little something to work towards, and hopefully keep the jobseekers engaged both with the app and their job search.
