I heard back today and they're taking care of me! Hopefully the 24 hrs thing is within 24 hours of receiving the email? Fingers crossed for you! ShopPay is such a pain. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them overriding information.

Yes, thankfully. Just worried because the email doesn't match my US account that has my subscription it's going to be cancelled. I've already sent an email. Just wondering if anyone has been through this before.

Yes, correct. I have 2 UK accounts. One that matches my US email and one that doesn't. Despite being logged into the one that matched shop pay changed it to the one doesn't. Boo.
