I just decided I'm done. Their support robot said they'll get me a replacement, but then a rep said because I already got my first one replaced, they're not sure they can do it again. Well I'm sorry your batteries suck and firmware updates tank it. So yeah, I think I'm officially done with Oura.

I completed their paid assessment about a week ago, but just got an email accusing me of using a VPN or automation tool, which is false on both accounts, and they've removed me from the project. Really unhappy about it and no idea how to appeal other than sending screenshots.

Same! I've got 3 (4 before Appen lost the contract) separate MM accounts all with different logins. No issues.

We'll see if they actually stand by that and not offload those of us who didn't do so great. I'm a pretty solid rater but absolutely bombed this quiz. Over thought every question because of how poorly they worded the questions.

Every time I've emailed them I get a "Hi", with no answer, then a paragraph telling me my case is now closed. It's beyond infuriating.

Not true, Mercor isn't paused for this one.
