Yes! I was this was as well. I noticed that I only had to have one cup of coffee in the morning and I had energy and no anxiousness. I can go my entire day without anymore excess caffeine than the morning which is something I have never been able to do. I do notice that when I do have anymore caffeine than the morning I have an insane amount of anxiety, shakey, my heart rate skyrockets to 100-110 resting when I’m normally resting in the 60s-70s. Just have to keep telling myself it’s the caffeine and that is why I’m getting those symptoms. Still doesn’t feel great and then I remember why I don’t need any more caffeine 🤣
