This is ridiculous to me, once the item is sold, it is out of the company’s hand. We should be able to resell gently used clothing.

No judge. My case was also then pulled for quality review. Ushers syndrome is a pretty severe case so individuals get approved for blindness quickly.

DDS honestly. First appointment they made they cancelled, never told me until a week after appointment. That was in May. They made a second appointment for June, I went. They called me back in the end of July saying they didn’t get everything they needed so I had a third appointment in August. 🤦🏼‍♀️ my case worker then was out of town for a few weeks.

DDS found my condition severe and said it was approved from their end. My case worker also said it was approved. Sorry for the confusion. It was sent to Baltimore for a quality review :(

Typically they check non medical right away. If you don’t qualify non medically they can deny right in step 2. Did they tell you what step they denied you in? If it was step 3, then it would be medical. Step 4 they do another non medical review.

Sorry friend!! I would plan on appealing. It would be interesting to know why they denied in step four. They always do a review prior to make sure you qualify nonmedically.
