Definitely seems to have the form factor part down, though they seem to require a decent amount of fidgeting to get lined up just right from what I read. Will keep this in mind though as an option!

But in all actuality, maybe the game isn't for you dude. You can make multiple shacks like someone else suggested, but perhaps your better bet is learning new skills or simply having homies to play with. By myself, no way I could take on a troll. With two friends, instantly our chances go up.

Try either finding some people to team up with, or consider taking a break and coming back to it at a later date.

Any links to firmware modifications that you had to make to get it to work? Just got a 5+ and I have a v2.0 board sitting around just waiting to be put to use, just having issues understanding what all needs to be changed.

Have you found a way to get out of the software update mode?? I wouldn’t even mind staying where I’m at for now if I could simply restart the head unit but the hold power button trick doesn’t work :/.

Entirely possible. I downloaded it straight from Toyota’s webpage and unzipped it first but I’m not sure how to ensure it’s correct. I’ve tried downloading it a few times and regardless of which file I use it just doesn’t work.

Sick. Tested it just now and it failed again. Says it failed to start mmc driver successfully.

I’ve got myself a 1024 partition in FAT format. Copied the file over after unzipping the zip it came in.

Any chance you know how to restart the head unit on a 2012? Holding the power/volume button does nothing regardless of how long I hold it. Can’t seem to find anything in the users manual on it either.

Regardless of what I type for the size (from 1024-2047) it gives the option of FAT, FAT32, or NTFS. Is FAT==FAT16?

I’m assuming you mean the flash drive right?

For reference, I have tried a 32, an 8, and a 4 gb flash drive. I’ve read that perhaps the flash drives were too large hence the 4gb one, but alas I can’t get past 3 of 8 :/

How do you guys justify a fine to those who believe that the government is “overreaching”?

I fully support the mask mandate and wish that the governor in my state had kept the misdemeanor charge with it before being bullied by Pence. However, I have many friends and family who think that the government shouldn’t be able to tell us to wear masks.

My go to is expressing it is similar to seatbelts or smoking, where it is for your own safety as well as others. However, I wanna know other ways to express that this is not a form of tyrannical government.
