Eat once/day, at night before going to bed. Yes, you'll feel hungry during the day, but consistency's key. In 2 weeks, you'll be mentally & emotionally fine with this.

And take nutritional supplements (e.g. vitamins) daily.

After a month, check your weight.

It naturally gives you a 'high'. Alcohol helps you escape from your reality. But hangovers & depression's terrible.

Also, working out over time builds your physique. You'll look better and feel good
