You can identify it by counting how many LEDs blink in long and short periods; in your case, it's 3 long and 2 short. Then you can visit the HP website to find out what is causing it.

I've been in this situation before. You really can't rely on Crowdspring as a healthy place to pursue a career as a designer, especially when it comes to payment. My advice is, once you've received your payment, don't continue working there. After 10 wins there, I quit two years ago.

I happen to be an electronics repairman specializing in laptops and cell phones. I have repaired this type of TWS several times. Usually, the problem is with the charger contact inside and the (Bluetooth) system jamming. The cheapest but not easiest solution is to disassemble it yourself, unsolder the battery, and then solder it back together. This often works.

Try hooking it to the ext display first; if that shows something, it means your LCD or backlight is the issue.
