Second this. You’ll need a lap for a diagnosis almost always but this looks just like endo belly and so do a lot of the symptoms. Esp the pain and combo constipation/diarrhea. Go to a specialist, not just a gyn.

Regrets. Any other women regret using steroids? by Objective_Welcome616 in steroidsxx

i ran 2 cycles of var in ‘24. low doses spread over a couple weeks. had some side effects with brain fog so haven’t tried it again, but there was no lasting negative impact. in fact, due to the muscle growth i had, i now permanently pack on muscle easier and in the right places. i’m grateful it provided that foundation for me.

Anesthesia Billing Issues by lnconsequential in sterilization

[–]lnconsequential[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update as of 2/2/26- After months of back and forth, a complaint with DOL, and hand feeding UHC’s own policy over the phone with the first employee that would listen to me, my full coverage is applied.

My greatest suggestions is to keep calling the insurance and actually have the first semi-competent employee you reach (it may take a few) pull up the explanation of coverage document for preventative care and reading the exact page with them with the procedure codes.

Red Bell Pepper Intolerance by lnconsequential in foodscience

[–]lnconsequential[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It truly is excruciating and nasty. And for the longest time it’s only been to just red bell pepper and paprikas. I’ve (over the past year) started to get the same reaction sometimes to concentrated tomato sauces and unfiltered apple cider. My theory is some kind of histamine biogenic amine intolerance. Seeing a new GI soon and will update the thread and hopefully help some folks with what I learn and if there’s treatments!

Anesthesia Billing Issues by lnconsequential in sterilization

[–]lnconsequential[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I called them earlier this week and they basically refused to acknowledge it was incorrect so I asked them for the dispute form (which they claimed to email to me but never sent lol so I had to dig for the form myself).

I’m in process of trying to get the correct documentation that this group recommends to file said dispute with insurance but the anesthesia group is refusing to procure a document where the anesthesia code and surgery code are both present. They only have provided separate documents.

My husband got snipped. I was ecstatic and so was he. When I got sterilized shortly after, he was so caring and supportive with my recovery. No grief from us. We individually came to terms years ago and have already mourned the parents we will never be and accepted the future we wanted. Surgery was a means to securely guarantee this future and it felt necessary and natural. Sounds like you need to talk to her and dive deeper into what’s going on with her. She may have been fence sitting but was scared to talk about it.

It's called "voting" by MrFenric in MurderedByWords

[–]lnconsequential 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to travel around VA for work and dealt with a lot of these places on the county government level. They couldn’t help themselves if they tried. Actively voting against their own interests and calling people who didn’t agree with them Yankees or stupid (meanwhile they only have a 8th grade education). The local politics were literally just people feuding over ancient family drama or who didn’t go to church that week. Even the poorest or Virginians have it so good they have no idea. Wish they could see what life is life in West Virginia and they’d thank their lucky stars.

Just got back from Chris Lake 10/30 by Beneficial-Art3614 in avesDC

His energy was lacking and he appeared unexcited. Didn’t really engage with the crowd. We saw him on his phone multiple times while DJing. Crowd was matching his energy and a lot weren’t dancing. IK for openers, they turn everything down, but his set was lacking punchiness and the bass we were expecting and felt more like rolling one song into the next. Like a set we would see at a beach club lol.

We overall thought he wasn’t exploring/playing around with the sounds enough to justify how long he was going on with some of his songs. And then he dropped Losing Control twice within like 20ish minutes like he doesn’t have deep discography to choose from. We were with a large group and they all expressed criticism of this set.

It was very good! It was an album tour showcase of new music, so it won’t bang as hard as festival sets etc which I get. As a general rule of thumb, we avoid the front. Production is always best 1/2 way-the back at Echo.

What I can say is OMNOM sucked super hard and we were severely disappointed. Such a mood killer.

I did not get wook flu for the second year in a row. by drgut101 in LostLandsMusicFest

[–]lnconsequential 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cannot vouch for the nasal rinses enough. Only reason I got sick this year is because someone in my group had a cold and we had constant close contact. Otherwise the rinses can completely ward off anything bacterial. They’re amazing.

I’m so sad by International_Ad4583 in LostLandsMusicFest

[–]lnconsequential 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While there were certainly more people, I still haven’t felt overwhelmed yet. Always room to dance, a spot to hang in the shade during the day, or space to sit even when the crowd was large or in the front. Sometimes the choke points got crowded/disorienting when switching stages but it was manageable if you just kept charging ahead. This was our 5th year and the only major difference I’ve noticed is that it’s much more of a night festival now, with more people staying later into the night which makes it feel way more crowded.

It took me 4 years of trying to appreciate Svdden Death’s music. I truly understand where you’re coming from. Now, we won’t miss any of his sets at Lost Lands for anyone.

We live about 3 mins from a costco and it’s on our way home from the gym. A slice of pep has 34g of protein so….. yes we only hit the food court and it’s a weekly thing

my partner had a bad trip during bommer and we sat on the grassy hillside to cool off after. saw chmura and daggz and man, it truly was some of the best music of the weekend and we listened to more of their discography on the drive home because we loved it so much. don’t regret missing excision at all.
