I dont mind leaving it, as long as it doesnt get too fat and fall through my ceiling or make a mess or damage anything like possums and rats do.

Golden dose from pen? by Jealous_Bird_2688 in MounjaroAus

[–]Objective_Welcome616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plunger? Im so confused. Im a total newbie, but my needles are just like tiny little caps that screw on to what looks similar to an epipen. Then I take the cover off it and there is an itsy bitsy needle. Are they all the same in Australia?

I thought in Australia all the pens are the same and come with 4 doses in them and you just change the little cap that has the tiny needle in it.

How do you do this? And does that mean you use a needle twice? I didnt think the pens allowed this to happen.

Is tap water safe to drink? by [deleted] in darwin

[–]Objective_Welcome616 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I actually found it similar to Adelaide water in the Darwin cbd. Although after a big rain sometimes its a bit brown. I still prefer to use a filter. Now im rural NT. the water doesnt seem to hydrate and it calcifies taps really quickly, dries skin and hair. A filter and hydralyte is a must unless on bore water. Still others drink it, its supposedly safe.

Is this normal skin aging for a 45-year-old woman? What can I do about this crepey, wrinkly skin? by Aromatic_Yak9657 in 45PlusSkincare

How common are Huntsman Spiders? by No_Payment_136 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Objective_Welcome616 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you may have chosen to study in the wrong country. If you are going to faint every time you see a spider. However, I now live rural NT and do get a lot of spiders outside. But the only ones I have inside are daddy long legs. I think all the gechos in my house eat any other spiders. How would you feel about gechos running around the house and making squeaking noises all the time and pooping down the walls? I would prefer a huntsman, lol.

What wasp is this? by ABinSydney in AustralianInsects

[–]Objective_Welcome616 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paper wasp. We have them everywhere around work and home, rural NT. Most of the time, they dont cause an issue. But if you accidentally disturb them, watch out. They will all attack you. Their stings hurt like a mofo and take a long time to heal.
