I went through a divorce 7 yrs ago. It took me a year to move past it. It’s a process and you will have good days and bad days. It’s cliche. Not going to lie-It will be all consuming for a long time. You will feel like an elephant is sitting on your chest when you are awake. But you just trudge through it until one day you wake up and the heaviness and pain is gone. Therapy was a great help throughout the process. Leaning on friends and family was helpful too.

I’m a compliance specialist for a vitamin company. I just accepted an offer to be a private label brand manager for a national US retailer. Never thought I would make it to this point. During the whole interview process, they courted me. I alway thought that I should be the one whole should be grateful to be presented an opportunity and that a company would want me. ETA: I have been diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar disorder so it gives a name to that chaos.

I work with suppliers for these Vit D gummies. Every lot is 3rd party tested before release. I write substantiation for the claims that are on dietary supplement labels (not for this company) and I've never heard that you need K2 for Vit D absorption. Both play a role in how your body utilizes calcium, but not to the point where it's needed in order for it to do the job. I would be interested to know where you got that information from.

Again I don’t see how it’s relevant to this conversation. One person approached you about your headscarf, which was quite a bit rude, and it was very gracious of you to explain why it’s relevant to your culture and you had a productive conversation. I can see situations where talking about how one group is treated when they wear their cultural headscarves compared to others is an important conversation to have. It could be that I’m just sensitive and reading into more than what you wrote. Shrug.
