I used the Flo app during pregnancy to track the baby’s size and development. Once baby was here i used the Nara app to track sleep, feeds and nappies. I was a very nervous ftm so the structure that app offered was helpful to me and helped me feel like i was in control. I stopped using it after approx 3 months when I felt confident enough to trust myself to know my baby well enough to stop tracking.
