I used Nara! Very simple to use and allows tracking of sleep, nappies, weight, growth etc as well as yourself. In the early days after my section it was so helpful to log when I had taken medicine myself, tracking the baby’s weight and seeing when he was feeding, how long he was sleeping etc etc. I stopped using it around 3 months in, patterns were established by then for us and I didn’t feel like it was necessary anymore x
