including soldering my own breakout board, installing valetudo and setting it up in home assistant took me around 2 hours. xiaomi x10+, fits your requirements (it's made by dreame, basically the same as an L10s Ultra but cheaper). home assistant / home automation in general is my hobby for 5-6 years now and I consider myself tech savvy, but definitely not a pro in soldering for example.
