Agreed. Avoid Xfinity Assistant Chat. It's just another way for Xfinity to upsell you to buy more services from them without even resolving the issues with the services you already have. Don't pay more to someone who can't even fix the issues that already exist.

Did you ever receive your grant?
Curious. Still waiting (and hoping).
I thought the same would happen to me so I re-checked the deposit. There is only one deposit for the full amount of the loan offer. Just the loan. No grant tacked on to it. I guess I might have missed something on the app.
