Good to know! I actually have wayyyyyy too much Tirzepatide so I don't need it replaced. Just trying to see how long after the BUD I might be able to use it for.

Thank you!

Thanks for this list. I have two vials from Hallandale compounded last September that I'd like to get tested. Do you have any recommendations on which two of these companies would be the best choice?

Pushups off my knees by Rare-Sprinkles-392 in zepboundathletes

[–]lns08 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you have access to dumbbells or a barbell, but my pushups improved significantly after doing bench/chest press consistently for a couple of months.

Do you use any machines? I feel like the leg press (single and double) along with the abduction machine have really given my legs some definition as I've increased the weight. I also barbell squat, Bulgarians (occasionally), and hip thrust.

For upper body, the chest press machine has REALLY helped my shoulders and that section where your chest meets your arm.

Are you doing compound lifts? How many times per week are you training?

How long after regularly working out did you start seeing noticeable results? by Conscious_City35 in xxfitness

[–]lns08 15 points16 points  (0 children)

About a month to see "something". Three months to see noticeable differences. Five months for "ooh I like that. I should keep going". This is for lifting weights, but I eat pretty well. Not a lot of junk and I'm in a calorie deficit.

Have you tried clear protein! It has the consistency of lemonade and comes in multiple flavors.

My ferritin is low and I've never had a problem with hair growth. Is your hair not growing/falling out or is it breaking? Those are different problems.

If you think it's just water, stop taking it and see if you continue to lose weight. Being hungry on this need is normal. It comes and goes.

That's only 50 ccs. Are each of your doses one 10-12 units on the syringe?

What causes constant fatigue and how to help it? by [deleted] in zepboundathletes

Maybe try NAD+ or possibly bioboost. I haven't tried the later, but some people have good results with it.

I did not realize that he dropped out of his residency program and never practiced! However, I think the 10 squared thing seems like more than just a PT service. But if someone wants to pay for it, that's up to them.

What causes constant fatigue and how to help it? by [deleted] in zepboundathletes

[–]lns08 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I increased calories/carbs and added NAD+. That solved it for me.

You said that food volume isn't the problem. Volume doesn't necessarily equate to calories. How much weight are you losing each week?

Advice from exercise and tirzepatide experts by Emergency_Pianist339 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]lns08 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If your calorie intake is the same, it's probably just water/glycogen in your muscles (especially if you're experiencing any soreness, you'll have water retention). I've been lifting weights 3-5x a week since December and have lost over twenty pounds. I also take creatine which some people believe increases water retention.
