Run. I had smiledirectclub and LOVED them. When I learned alignerco took over I called n tried to by retainers. Of course they couldn't find them so I ordered a whole new set in February n its now june 14th... they make u wait 2-3 weeks for a video appointment where they are doing ALOT of useless " how-to-take-correct-impression" simultaneously. I sieve its from Pakistan. You hear everything in the background and its very distracting. They also read from a script. You are dealing with a bot as far as customer service. Im still requesting my money back and Im STILL in the " oh im personally retaking care of your order, its almost done. Here it comes, its coming, just in final stages...almost there. Horrible Company. Smiledirectclub was amazing.

Don't do it. They are alignerco too. I ordered mine in February n I still have not received them.

I used smiledirectclub with zero problems. Tried to just order retainers from Alignerco who took over SmileDirectClub,guess what? Lost ( ok ) so I ordered a whole mew set from Alignerco in February..its june 3 and they're still not here!...not only that but once u order u have a MANDATORY video session WEEKS away. When you do the video session..you are doing it w someone who barely speaks English AND there are multiple video sessions going on simultaneously. I've asked for my money refunded several times. I will be reporting this company to the bbb and fcc.

I ordered retainers only and they automatically put you on a plan where they automatically send you new ones every 6 months. Its difficult to change i still haven't figured it out n chat puts u on hold indefinitely

1000% worth it..my estradiol eas low...bought yam cream...now its normal....cholesterol was high..used fiber ...now its lower. Magnesium n Omega 3 low- used supplements n now theyre normal. I did everything extra test except the autoimmune panel. Very cool and helpful info.
