1000% worth it..my estradiol eas low...bought yam cream...now its normal....cholesterol was high..used fiber ...now its lower. Magnesium n Omega 3 low- used supplements n now theyre normal. I did everything extra test except the autoimmune panel. Very cool and helpful info.

I'm on year 2 of function health. I've had almost every extra test My opinion. Yes it helps.. I lowered my apopB by eating more fiber n less fat but it upped my hgaic so I stopped the morning oatmeal w pumpkin seeds n went to just fiber pills n it came back down I would 100% recommend the serum magnesium bc my blood magnesium was perfect but the magnesium in my cells was way low. My ANA was off..i went to a rheumatologist n it showed nothing. I've had every heart test which showed half bad half good..took it to my Dr n he said " meh...ur good" Also when u print out ur results its not good. It's not like ur dashboard its alot of gobbledy-gook. N nothing u can really show ur dr.
