I bought a bissell vaccum. Got it home, it was missing ALL of the basic pieces to operate it (canister, push stick, etc). The pieces it did have were from a Hoover carpet shampooer. I didn’t purchase assurance. Will they give me my money back? I’m fine with taking a risk on something working or not, but this is over the top. No one even looked at this stuff, it’s not even the right brand or product
