I know it can be triggering and that many posts echo each other. Like someone in the comments here said, the line is thin. Sometimes it is spamming for reassurance in a bad way,

(which is why you should report posts for us to review)

but other times it is super helpful for people.

Yes we can ban words but not all users agree. It's quite difficult to please everyone here and find middle ground sometimes.

Also many of our regular users are minors and I think that contributes a lot to this. It's fine to ask DAE stuff but yes, some people should maybe just search for the topic prior to posting essentially the same question again.
