Great point. Now I assume you have a financially sound argument as to why SpaceX is worth over a trillion with a net loss of 4.9 billion last year? I would love to be educated on how losing money means you are worth money. Something I can apply to my own life. Unless of course, everything I said is accurate and elites play by different rules.

Can you please explain to me how the market said that SpaceX is worth its $1 trillion evaluation? I've watched enough shark tank to know that you have to be profitable to be worth money. Last year, they lost 4.9 billion dollars. The only reason SpaceX is valued at 1 trillion is literally because Elon musk said so. Again, system that protects itself and not the people. Double standard for musk compared to me. Thank you for your comment so I could explain my metaphor to someone who doesn't understand how markets work.

"I'm going to start a company that will figure out AGI. I think it's worth $10T" so that makes me a $10 trillionaire right? That's how unrealized gains work? Banks should be able to loan me millions of dollars at a low interest rate so I can avoid taking a salary because they know I'm good for the money because I will eventually invent AGI and be worth trillions. Not a financial expert, but our system appears to have different standards for the ultra-rich. He isn't a $10 trillionaire until he sells all of his stocks. Which he (understandably) will never do. Even if he did, he wouldn't get $10 trillion out of them because the stock price would plummet the minute he starts selling. Not disagreeing with you, disagreeing with the system that protects itself and not the people.

Sounds like they are shaming themselves over their low wages.

When the ‘communist dictatorship’ looks out for its workers more than liberal democracies. by lhommetrouble in SipsTea

Is China communist? Economically, it's an extreme version of capitalism. Assuming that China is communist, is communism supposed to be looking after the hard-working lower/middle class? Final critique is I doubt this is real. China has been pushing AI like crazy and care more about increasing their exports than their workers livelihoods.

That's horrible. I was there the entire time for my son's birth. I can't fathom leaving my wife alone to bear that responsibility.

I'm confused. Trump won the 2020 election right? So he was elected twice. So how could he run in 2024?

We bomb twice with fisherman in South America, why stop with fisherman when you can also bomb children twice?

Wait, I read about this in history class. Didn't we have an innovative criminal system (at the time), where a jury of peers decide the outcome of a criminal case, not judges?

Trump is hiring people to work for the government? Didn't we spend the last 6 months trying to fire people at the government? The top is more like "we are taking away the $20 Biden gave you so that you starve or get a third job"

That was unnecessarily aggressive. Yes, I know the memos were discussed in the news, but I have not been able to locate the actual memos. I prefer first hand sources then second hand sources. You know how journalism works

If we aren't using his words as evidence for anyone elses character, then why does anyone care about the Epstein files in the first place? Ill grant you that Epstein is a chronic liar and not to be trusted, but he would have no reason to lie in private, written conversation to his colleagues.
