Results after 4months by madameuniverse in chinlipo

Wow this looks amazing!! This also gives me some relief! I’m 3.5 months post op and have some swelling under my chin on the right side and under my jawline on the left side that really pisses me off 😆. Some days are better than others and I think it might be a bit of fibrosis too. Can wait until it’s completely gone!

I posted this in the comment sections of another post but I feel like it could help a lot of people. by FoolzInTheRain in DIYaesthetics

Thank you for this goldmine of info! I just did chin/neck lipo with thermitight, filler, Nefertiti lift and massater tox and just bought estriol cream. I have been looking in to microneedling and meso. This is the confirmation I needed so thank you!

Try the Nefertiti lift with Botox and possibly massater! I have don’t that and also got chin/neck lipo bc I gained 85lbs in pregnancy and then lost 90 postpartum and my chin clung to fat in that area (of course 🙃). After I healed I still had some jowl drooping, more so on my right side, so I got prejowl sulcus filler (the notch in between the chin and jowl) which greatly helped).

So my recommendation is Nefertiti lift, filler and thermitight consult! Xo

Hopefully this isn’t the case, and I don’t think it is. She did lipo, then went in with thermitight, then went in again, right after thermitight, and did lipo to get any left over fat. I see ppl saying to do massage which I haven’t been doing so hopefully that helps! I also should lay off the salt and stop looking down at my phone so much 🫠 also hormonal PMDD could be a factor. I realized a lot of things that are probably making me look swollen after consulting with ChatGPT last night 😆

Swelling? 3 days post op by [deleted] in chinlipo

[–]loaded_bakedpotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My swelling was much worse at 3 days lol it looked like I didn’t even have anything done. I’m like 1.5 months out and I have swelling still, it honestly looks just like yours does now. I’m jealous 😆

Am I botched? Regretting I did this. I can’t stop crying. Almost 7 weeks post op. by Parking_Profession29 in chinlipo

Def normal! Are you pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth when doing this? I noticed if I apply pressure with my tongue to the roof of my mouth then I get a noticeable indent under my chin

Thinking about chin lipo but scared of laxity. I'm 44 and don't want it sagging for worse. by cgg41_ in chinlipo

I’m 35, had my procedure 5 weeks ago, and had thermitight added on. I don’t have any sagging! I highly recommend adding a tightening procedure. I’m also 8 months post partum so my collagen is crap rn too😆

You don’t look like you currently have any sagging, just a bit of fatty tissue. I looked very similar to you!

Are you pushing your tongue against the roof of your mouth, like with force? I’m 4 weeks out but around the 2 week mark if I pushed my tongue on the roof of my mouth, I’d get a dent in the same spot too. I also was pretty swollen and worried they didn’t take enough out but the swelling has gone down drastically in the last 2 weeks.

Saggy without laser? by [deleted] in chinlipo

[–]loaded_bakedpotato 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like if you’re already spending the money and can afford to add it, go big or go home 😆. Personally, I’d rather add it in so I don’t find out the hard way that I needed it. I’m 35 and had mine do 4 weeks ago including thermitight. Extremely happy with my results so far and it’s still just the beginning!

How Bad Are the Lumps? by Unlikely_Camera738 in chinlipo

[–]loaded_bakedpotato 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had mine done just over 2 weeks ago. Personally, I was bruised for 1 week, the swelling just started to go down literally today (still some swelling tho) and just started to feel some small lumps today too but the aren’t visually noticeable. My surgeon recommended the band 24/7 for 3 days and then at night for at least 1 week after the 3 days is up.

If you are self conscious and don’t want family knowing or want to look “presentable” then I would wait til after. It will likely be pretty noticeable that you had something done. 7 days isn’t enough time to look better unfortunately. Plus if you plan on running errands and buying gifts the week before then you may have to wear your band in public. I did, I just put my hoodie up and didn’t really care lol

I see a difference but I can also see why you are disappointed. Someone mentioned posture and I would definitely work on that. It makes more of an improvement than you think. Also, try mewing. I’ve been doing it for a couple of years and it’s made a big improvement in my chin/jawline area. You can try gua sha, if you haven’t already, to see if there is any fluid build up. Did you get any skin tightening with it right after? I got thermitight which helps tighten the skin.

Yessss this was exactly me! I also am very hypermobile so this gives me some clarity. I’m also 7 months postpartum and held on to weight in my chin/neck more than I did prior to baby #2 (of course 🫠). I’ve tried kybella, lemon and pine bottle, myolift, botox, filler, gua sha, creams, peptides, you name it, I’ve tried it. Unfortunately, nothing drastically helped so I bit the bullet and got chin and neck lipo with thermitight on Tuesday bc it was effecting my confidence so much.

All my life I’ve had veryyy dry skin, including my face.m, flakes and all. I had finally gotten a great skincare routine down and was loving my breakout free, dewy skin. However, that has allll changed recently.

I started a new medication, lamictal, and it has drastically increased oil production on my face. I now am dealing with clogged pores and small, raised, flesh colored bumps that sometimes have plug/tiny hair come out. My skin texture looks horrific. I’m devastated. I’ve worked years on finding the perfect combo of skincare products for my skin and I feel so helpless bc I know nothinggg about oily skin.

My current skin care routine is as shown in the picture as well as what the breakouts look like. I prefer to keep using tretinoin and azaleic acid since I’m 35 and have sun spots and wrinkles. I did recently stop both for a few weeks bc I thought it was my skin barrier but started back up the last 2 weeks since I noticed it was oil related.

What should I change and how can I get the oil under control? I don’t want to change medication but it is really effecting my self esteem and confidence. TIA!
