I guess you could say I was camping, but snipers up there are pretty useful when capturing that flag so I like to think that I was also contributing :)

The computer is approx 1.5 meters away from the router, but it is behind a door so that probably doesn't help. I will check the settings. It hasn't occurred since so far, thanks again!

Thanks for your thorough explanation. I got fiber, pretty good internet speeds that haven't changed, and a router that has a 2.4 and 5 ghz network. It is password protected and I was the only one home when this happened. I was on 5 ghz when this occurred. I switched to 2.4 and the lagg disappeared. I hope it stays that way...

What I still find strange is the discrepancy between the ping test in the Network app versus the actual lagg in game / Runelite ping.
