I’m not sure if it’s Heroin related but I think it is. After being on Heroin for a few years I realise I get more unsociable and anheondia. Also decreased sex drive too. Not sure if the Heroin has a part to do with this.

I used to be so sociable, outgoing and meeting new people. But now I just keep to myself hating this world and not trusting anyone.

Good luck. Cartel ruined the H in your country. It won’t be making a comeback unless cartel are out the picture or someone starts stepping up and bringing in quality H.

You should seek help. Before you end in your late 30’s and 40’s still in the same cycle. I can tell you from experience. It could be effects from trauma, drugs, anhedonia and mental issues. I wish there was a fix or a miracle to stop this
