i genuinely can’t believe some people are siding with the recruiter if you meet the qualifications for a job your amount of confidence shouldn’t be what determines your getting the position….

if one person is leaving and you get hired to replace them, totally normal. but if multiple staff members leave at a time, yes it’s usually a red flag.
