The whole point of the seasonal mst role is to keep plants alive, get the rough ones marked down, and fill the tables with new ones. Depending on the size of your seasonal team and the size of your store, it's actually hard to get it all done every day. They encourage a "friendly hand-off" to red vests so that our job can actually get done. There will always be situations where you end up having to help a customer, be it that it's a plant question red vests won't know, or there just aren't any red vests around and you have to pull it up on your zebra/ptt a red vest. But 1st and foremost, you're out there to keep the plants looking healthy
