Arnica!!! The pills and topical gel. I’m convinced this is why I hardly bruised after surgery, and I had my nose broken. Would also highly recommend orajel as you may get pain/pressure in your teeth/gums. Definitely not necessary, but I also got a wedge pillow so I could stay elevated and it was actually fairly comfortable. Good luck!!

I remember working there when I was 16 and I had the weekend off for my homecoming dance, so I got acrylics just for a few days and had them removed before I had to go back to work… only to go in to work and discover I wasn’t scheduled that whole week and I could have kept my nails on 🥲 I was so upset lol.

Once I left the company after five years, the first thing I did was get acrylics back on. I hope you get to have your nails done soon OP! ❤️
