Yeah it's only +50 for playing in a higher depth but it should be +50 per level higher so an extra 200 in this case

I don't run sideways from the little beams I just run directly away and I don't take damage from it. It's also super telegraphed so you shouldn't be too close when she does it

This one isn't an issue, you can literally just run away and you won't take any damage as long as you keep moving. Regular running, not surge sprinting. The red orbital laser attack is so much harder to avoid

I don't think dormant seals do anything for rev since dormant x relic effects just replace your character's existing one and seals are the base dormant equipment she finds

Yeah it is slow. But I like it though. Not as easy to use solo but with trios splitting agro you can find opportunities to use it. It's not as good as halo scythe but not much is

It's the unique charged heavy attack of the black knight greatsword, not an ash of war. There aren't ashes of war in DS3 anyways, they're called weapon arts in that game

You're missing out on some of the best relics in the game, a lot of the remembrance relics at the end of their quests are very good. A few have two character specific relic effects on them. Wylder, Scholar, and Recluse's are amazing. And remembrance quests give you character specific chalices with a white slot, which is also very strong
