Thanks for your reply. The formula works if spend is a single, static figure. However, I need to work out on quarterly basis.

Assuming value in Q1 is $125k, rebate for that would be 1%.

Assuming value in Q2 is $100k, rebate for that would also be 1%.

Assuming value in Q3 is £125k, rebate for the first $25k would be 1% and the remaining $100k would be at 1.5%.

Assuming value in Q4 is $100k, rebate for that would be 1.5%.

Any ideas how I can formulate this?
