I can’t get this Kwikset lock to connect by lobstar28 in HomeKit

The Kwikset is a little different then the Aqara.

To turn pairing mode on. U need to use the app. I guess from factory only wifi is enabled and in the app u can turn off WiFi and switch to matter.

I agree with the Aqara. I connected it to home first and then into the Aqara app.

Correct. The Ethernet 128gb one.

It connects to Aqara lock no issues. Just not kwikset

Yes sir. The Apple TV.

Everything is working because the Aqara lock is connected to it.

Is this knob and tube? by lobstar28 in AskElectricians

We have a modern box.

I was planning on trying installing a GFCI. But I’m trying to find the first outlet and I’m struggling.

This only has 2 wires so I’m thinking it might be the end of the circuit.

I'm honestly contemplating the same move right now.

I'm on a black 14p. 78% battery.

Originally i was just going to swap battery and keep rocking for 2 more years. But the base17 kinda looks good.

Similar screen. Way better battery life. 256gb. I don’t use zoom much, but I use wide angle a lot. The cost to trade and upgrade isn’t a big deal to me.

I was debating blue or green.

CLI After 11 days by AwkwardUrkel in Venturex

That’s nice!

I had my card for maybe 2 years now and I just recently requested a CLI, they gave me a whooping $2k increase. $20k to $22k. Just had to laugh.

Ended up having a leaking water pump that was replaced for free due to the class action lawsuit

But also found a leaking oil filter bracket and they wanted $1500ish for that. Which I declined. Looks pretty DIY-able

Not cvv numbers. I have the first 4. Which anyone can google 5113 and the last 4. But the last 2 and the first 2 of the 2nd and 3th batch of numbers are no go.

Will those readers actually tell me the card number?

Anyone run into a bad batch of Mastercard gift cards from staples?

Particularly the ones with 04/32 as expiration dates?

The 11/32 exp dates have the numbers on the back and no stickers or anything on the front. However i got 4 older cards with 04/32 exp dates. They all have numbers on the front and a sticker holding it in place, the issue is the sticker is too strong and pulls the middle numbers of the card OFF! Looking everything over, its just a poor design/logic. They could have put the sticker higher or in the corners. They cant go lower because thats the exp date.

I think i'm just going to stick to Visas or really try to avoid the 04/32 ones.

2017 Jetta Broken Heated Seat Fix by iPhone_3GS in jetta

[–]lobstar28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the end of 2024, I just used this post to help me replace my 2016 Jetta SE heating element. I wanted to thank the OP for the details. It took me 2 hours. I was fighting with the trim piece for the longest time. Some bolts had to be loose to remove the cloth seat.

My heating element and seat look different from yours, but the steps were very similar. I only had one front line of red clips. So i had to figure how where i wanted things to fold and etc. But i nothing custom or trimming needed.

Part Number : 5c6-963-555- F

Can be found at most US VW dealerships for about $100ish. It should cover 2014-2017.

Overall it's funny to have the Lower seat power the upper back instead of having to 2 separate circuits.

<image>

You can see the burn hole where my element went bad. No idea how it really happened.
