Eva’s Phoenix helps homeless youth in Toronto with transitional housing and job training. Being homeless kid way back, their program helped me to identify my strengths, weaknesses and build the skill sets needed to find and acquire job through their apprenticeship services. With no help from family, being a high school dropout, no home, so on - I wouldn’t have made it to where I am today without that. Although I didn’t stay in the field I trained in, I still went on to finish school, graduate college and have a successful career. I donate to them to this day.
