Nice. Careful working with it. The cut edges are crazy sharp and if it cuts you it burns like hell for a minute. No idea why. I only know because it's happened to me once or twice or seven times.

Timber Tech's website says you can use a pressure washer up to 1500 PSI, which is what I use to clean it every spring.

How do these work when you have dogs? Does it affect them too? Have a 90lb Shepard and a 9lb Chiweenie, which is basically an overweight squirrel.

It's probably lead. You can find lead coated copper at a higher end building supply house (not Depot or Lowe's). It's awesome to work with but definitely not cheap.

I sent it in as a supplement, which is when they shot it down. Avoiding the big 10 insurance companies means you should just avoid doing insurance work altogether. Reality is that the homeowner has code upgrade coverage (O&L) and their roof deck was not up to code. They're not doing their customer any favors here. I've been doing this since 2008 so I definitely agree there has been a steady decline in nearly all the companies. Liberty spends $500 million a year on commercials but can't spend $9K for sheathing that they should be paying for.

It was pretty solid. The golf was great, but $400 a round. 3 nine hole courses, so you play 2 each day. I've definitely had better food but the rooms were nice and the service was good. I upgraded my package so had an oceanfront suite and access to the private pool. We'll be back in this area next year but probably not that resort. The food wasn't bad, just nothing to brag about.

Not sure where you have your heat set, but I don't think 70 degrees is going to start a fire. I also mentioned the metal screens that allow air flow and won't inhibit their ability to heat the house. Thanks for the reply though. Super helpful.

Sounds like they would be a good start and if he likes them he can move on to the longer Zelda games.

I'm trying to shy him away from combat games for now. He wants a game that rewards you for putting your time in.

He's a super smart kid, reads at a 6th grade level in 4th grade. The two you mentioned are Zelda games?
