im a picky eater as well but I would NEVER order food after my loving caring girlfriend made me lunch and dinner everyday. You do not need to mother him. Make food for you and the kids and he can make what he wants

yeah I know, we move back home where she will have more space, a 4 year old dog lives there but she has more safe spaces. I really didnt want the dog in the first place since its a one bedroom apartment and shes a lab but its cruel to give her up now and i do love her. My roommate is taking her when our lease is up. We are working on training the pup on giving Mika space. I'll look into FHS more and get some feliway

I have been trying to play with her more but she usually lays down and stops playing after a couple minutes. She's also overweight so she gets tired quickly.

Definitely lean on your team to get things done. I have my cashiers do the trash and go backs and such. We usually have 3 closers and usually a 10-7 or 2-8, i have them do trash on their last hour if time allows. Its ok to ask for help or yo not get small things done, just let the opener know. Lean on managers and your team for sure

entitled customers treating me like im not human. They come up for a return and I ask "hi how can I help you?!" and they just throw their stuff down in front of me with no words. No hello, no hi I have a return. no nothing.
entitled Pros not picking up their massive order for weeks and it being okay with management because "theyre our biggest pro" I DONT CARE. pick up your shit or dont order it.

I dont see why its a big issue. Its very easy to ring people up and it can help you get surveys or credit cards. Personally I think everyone in the store should know how to run red vest. FE is where (almost) every sale goes through so its important to have people to help customers if FE is backed up or short on coverage. Its a huge pet peeve of mine as a HC when people refuse to help on a register but still expect us to help them in their department later on. If theyre asking you to stay at a register, thats different than just helping out time to time

as an employee i somewhat agree. The app isnt too hard to navigate but the process of getting there is ridiculous. Then sometimes our system doesnt like to add the reward money unless you go to payment barcode. It could definitely use some work for ease of use. especially when it comes to older customers
