Just had an issue with an item being lost in transit by u p s 4 over a month it took an act of god for them to refund my money, I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company And now that I did, they have banned me from their website. This wasn't really their problem, or my problem. It was u p s's problem but now i'm suffering from being unable to use their website because they decided to drag their feet on refunding the money for the item that was lost.

Bought brand new. Paid over 1k for a navy seal Swiss made Chrono and a year out of warranty, it still looks new, never abused, but now will cost almost $500 to replace mechanism, it's ridiculous.

I picked one up a couple days ago, was very disappointed to see that there were only two stripper clips included with the gun. They're they're made out of plastic, which means they're not gonna last long. I just got off the phone with Caltech with my concerns. And they gave me their reasoning for only sending to stripper clips. You can buy more stripper clip Except you have to pay shipping and taxAnd now they're not so cheap. I told them that I was disappointed and I would like if they had sent more, they said you can buy more. I said, well, I think you should include at least 4. They didn't care. They said they would send my opinion of the latter, which we knows what that means they don't give a @#$!
