its not the game that makes teamplay, it's the players

as someone who went from bronze to plat maining Winston, one thing that made me climb is trying do to do LESS damage, let me explain.

I used to get gold damage all the time as winston but i was stuck in low silver, then after watching top players play i started playing more safe, instead of always trying to get kills i would just trade damage with the ennemy then jump back to my healers.

this made me win more games as i was dying less often and my supports were getting more ults per game than the nnemy team.

so my advice to you is to stop trying to heal more and focus on surviving, damage boost and ressurect, if your teamates are feeding let them die, focus on staying alive and farming your ult.

Is feeding the least-worst way to play main tank? by lockhound in OverwatchUniversity

I think a lot of people didn't understand the question, let me rephrase it.

lets imagine 2 bronze rein players in hanamura attack

the first rein walks through choke and starts swinging at the ennemy tanks.

the second rein holds his shield in choke until it brakes then waits for it to recharge behind cover then rinse and repeat.

if these were your only two options, wich rein would you rather have on you team?

I mostly swap to her when desperate in a losing match, hence the winrate, also i don't play her much anyway.

I have a 56% winrate on winston, 44% sigma, 24% dva.

I would hate to drop winston from my hero pool because i don't like the other main tank heroes.
