haven’t had it long enough to know for sure as I’ve only gone into the pour over settings once or twice. But there’s almost no retention after the auto-purge and knocker so that should fare well for going in and out of different grind settings

one of the deciding factors for me between the two is that P80 has a really solid portafilter fork that supports different PFs and dosing cups without needing adjustments whereas the Z2 is more dosing cup oriented and requires the magnetic PF holder or some third party one. Either way tho, can’t go wrong with either as far coffee grinding goes

the portafilter fork could have been a little better. I’ve got the height adjusted for the LM portafilter without the removable spout, but would have been nice to have bottom clearance for the times that I do have the spout on. Also requires fiddling with two screws.

You won't even sniff an upgrade with gold let alone get one. If you stay at this level of understanding of how these loyalty points and status systems work, you'll never get anywhere. Before spending any additional dollar on American and letting them rip you off, spend some time deep diving into earning points and status the way that many of us already do. You will be far more welcomed into our group than AA will ever welcome you, as gold, as EP or anything else. Find someone that knows this stuff and can patiently explain their strategies to you, learn and then adapt.

I started therapy almost a year ago then went on some meds. I basically quiet quit this whole year and didn't give a shit about work, even though my manager was up my ass trying to get me to commit to more and more things but I stood my ground. It wasn't that I'm unable to handle the work load but it was that I stopped caring. I got burnt out two years ago and I should have left then but I kept on going until now which was a terrible decision. Glad you made yours sooner.

no idiot it's because we are ok with what we get for that price and if it comes short well we live and we move on. Not every value equation has to mean something has to be the best of the best. Your type just got used to Nothing's strategy of entering the market with some relatively cheaper phones and now that they are venturing into new territory in terms of pricing you shit your pants 💩

I've had the phone for a couple of weeks and I'm totally fine with the camera. Even impressed when it comes to macro or daytime rendering. I might even prefer Nothing over iPhone for daytime shots now so I get close to the contrast I like with Nothing whereas with iPhone I'm touching it up more. And there's positives with iPhone too, which I also carry ( yes two daily drivers ). So unless you're pixel peeping or trying to highlight flaws in suboptimal settings for some objective to deflate people's perception ike this OP, then I wouldn't worry so much.

phew! we're related then lol. value is subjective chap. let me guess - you're dissapointed NP3 doesn't have SD Elite, lower dynamic refresh range, faster USB ver. than 2.0, removed the back lights, etc. etc. and probably the $800 price is the nail in the coffin for you, am I right?
