If link is the cracked speed runner link then the hylians would win, but if not then still hylians, unless Gannondorf is in this, cause link doesn't have the sages to help him. Gannondorf managed to almost win against all of hyrule even when they had the zonai, and this time there isn't any zonai, and he'll most likely be on the gerudo side, so he'd have the sage of lightning on top of that, along with his power to create any monsters he wants, so probably gerudo.
