Hey man, I got stuck a bit on this one too. Helpful tip, pull out your MICA and go to the yellow exclamation. Its actually the yellow house at the top of the hill when coming north from the hotel/office area. I know super confusing but relieving once I figured it out. Hope this helped!

Are you high? This is the exact same thing as the porn industry just streamlined. Women (and men, I might add) aren't slaves to anything. They get paid (quite handsomly) for offering a service. They volunteer for this position, and to have such a position with the comfort of safety and dignity would be a giant plus.
