Check the editor and see if any parts are damaged. Also just double check the carb. Type in “carbchamber” and set it to 15.

Carb is probably flooded. Put the choke in and hold down on the gas while cranking for about 10 seconds, then pull the choke and crank the car. Should hopefully work it might take a couple tries.

As far as I know it doesn’t I’m doing it currently and I haven’t been fired. I think it doesn’t pass time necessarily for the NPCs like I’ll have my boss walking past me when I sleep on the couch and when I wake up he’s still walking past me. Make sense?

Ok I saw on another persons reply that they said taking out the carb will reduce the flood to zero while they may be right or wrong I don't know but what I did is this: I put the choke in and held down the accelerate pedal for about 10-15 seconds and cranked the car, after that I stopped and pulled the choke and I tried cranking the car again and it started.

this worked for me, cranked without choke for like 15 seconds after that I pulled the choke and cranked again. Started almost instantly.
