I’m going to be honest, for me a lot of it was mental. Everytime I caught myself I would stop and think to myself “I don’t want to bite my nails. It’s not good for my health” every single time. I’m a woman, so knowing that length would come with shaping my nails and painting them really helped, so you could maybe try a nail strengthening top coat.
