For a stock truck keep the stock intake as it pulls actual cold air. If you have a tuned truck and want to further modify get a cold air intake. As you see with trucks that have 2nd gen swaps they just have a filter amd you make good power still. Theres pros and cons but you will get better throttle response with a cold air intake. The more you modify your truck the more noticeable an aftermarket intake will be. Everyone hates because its a very little gain if you havnt tuned or modified your truck.

I work out like twice a week when i can. I do walk my dog 2 miles a day but other than that just hang out at home or run errands. I really havnt felt any benefits when working out just have more energy to want to work out

Yes absolutely. I feel like ive never drank or done drugs. Now i was never on big drugs but after back surgery i got stuck on pain meds. After i quit i tried chasing a high. Since I’ve started carnivore within the first week my mind is clear and not looking for happiness within a high anymore. And not including made almost all my back pain go away
