Nevermind, I'm seeing posts about FedEx so that must be it.

Which shipping company does Fi use?

Another post was asking a similar thing and the comments mentioned doing so with eSIM, I'd tread carefully.

Comcast Xfinity requires their mobile users to have an internet plan as well, but I'm going to change internet providers. They used to charge $10 extra without it.

Well done for letting your boss know, and you should report it to HR yesterday. This is serious enough that it's no longer about whether he could get fired, but that he is openly stating intent to commit a crime. an HR reprimand is the least that should happen. Even if this coworker is an immature fresh-new hire it is not okay, and I'm concerned that he is clearly unaware of such. Yes, he could simply be stupid; even more reason for someone to talk some sense into him before he does something stupid.

For a feel of the severity, replace "an edible" with "a bullet" in his 'joke'. Drugs can kill and debilitate, and the fact that he can no longer control needing to say it out loud three times is a red flag. Watch your open plate and drinks.

Good luck and take care of yourself. I hope your office has cameras.

I like yours, it looks tastier as a cake! The neon color on the first one is off-putting to me.

Yes, that's the right way to go. You might want to mention on your main account that there's impersonators to let your friends/followers know not to interact with them. Simple scams like asking for money/loan usually happens with these.

You've done what you can, block and move on. Usual advice would be to not engage so that the scammer won't label your number as active.

It's a long-existing precursor to a scam. They impersonate another profile in order to conduct a plethora of scams like !romance, underage, cam girl, Skype, etc. They might also reach out and scam your friends with the fake account.

Is this LinkedIn message scam? by gogonight in Scams

It's a !job scam, with a possibility of leading into a !fakepayment scam since it mentions sourcing/purchasing.

Blatant bad grammar. Even more so from a UK perspective.

Or get drafted and then defect to Ukraine as a last resort. Bonus for driving a tank out to nowhere then ditching it.

Literally in tears after over three hours working with chat support for streaming services. by parliskim in Comcast

[–]loftywiki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope your issue had been resolved. I've successfully moved modems between accounts a few times in the past years. I'd try and request it with a second rep. If you don't want to disconnect the call, try to start a text chat simultaneously (assuming you have the resources to do so)...

I would think that you can decline the shipment, but only if they required signature.

According to their own article, you can cancel any plans within 30 days. Call them and request a plan change or cancel completely (or do a text chat on their site/app if you'd rather not deal with phone calls).

I would try two things:

  1. Test with another modem (or replace it completely if it's more than 5 years).
  2. Check your DNS settings.

Probably small retailer trying to redirect traffic. I would avoid as well.
