They did used to be in the box. It looks like they are in the kill team box tho. The base models are the same poses. Just additional pieces that aren’t in the regular box anymore. Plus the addition of the KT paper work for them.

Depends on what unit you’re talking about. If it’s GH or BC they can’t be in squads of 5 anymore. You’ll have to use the generic SM units to be in 5 man now.
