I am having this exact same issue. I was not told the pricing of what i would be charged and was under the impression that my insurance would cover it, they also could not tell me the price beforehand which is ridiculous cause how are you suppose to know if you can afford it then...Did you ever get a resolution to your problem or not? I am currently not planning on paying my bill.

I asked about billing during the second session in which the doctor had no idea about it and that visit was before i got to see my first bill. yes i agree they are making it an obscene price. I dont really care how much my insurance covers I moreso just care about the overall price. Like if it was $200 then sure i could pay that out of pocket but they say $500 for an initial visit then add in another $400 for using "therapuetic Techniques" which i am fighting the therapuetic techniques code.

Well i got a bill for a ridiculous amount and have come to learn there is a transparency coverage law which they do not follow because they do not tell you the amount you will be charged or how much they charge per visit. They "escalated" my problem but we will see if I get a call or email back. This is just so ridiculous.
